LUXNATION Professional Service Agreement

Effective Date: January 15, 2026

Provider: LUXNATION Property Restoration (“LUXNATION”)

Client: The individual or entity booking services (“Client”)

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between LUXNATION and the Client for Mobile Detailing, Power Washing, and Junk Removal services. By booking a service or paying a deposit, the Client agrees to the following terms.

Scope of Services

  • Luxury Mobile Detailing: Interior and exterior vehicle restoration.
  • Power Washing: Soft washing and hardscape pressure restoration.
  • Junk Removal: Volume-based hauling of non-hazardous materials.

Pricing, Fees & Payment

  • Flat-price bundles are billed as advertised.
  • Single services include a 35% Luxury Handling Fee and $30 Mobile Dispatch Fee.
  • 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking.
  • Remaining balance is due immediately upon completion.

Client Responsibilities (Access Clause)

  • Access to water spigot and 120V power outlet within 50 feet.
  • Service areas must be clear and accessible.
  • Failure to provide access forfeits deposit and may incur a $50 Dry Run fee.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations within 24 hours result in loss of deposit.
  • One free reschedule allowed with 48-hour notice.
  • Weather-related reschedules are at LUXNATION’s discretion.

Liability & Insurance

  • LUXNATION is fully licensed and insured.
  • No liability for pre-existing damage.
  • No responsibility for surface damage during junk hauling if placement is directed by Client.

Quality Guarantee (24-Hour Window)

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of completion.
  • Reports must include photos and be sent to support@luxnationservices.com.
  • No remedies after the 24-hour window.

Hazardous Materials

LUXNATION does not handle hazardous materials including chemicals, asbestos, biohazards, or combustible liquids.

Authorization

By proceeding with booking, the Client authorizes LUXNATION to perform the Work and agrees to all terms herein.
